Felix M. Warburg, American financier and philanthropist, arrived in Jerusalem today. Mr. Warburg, who is a member of the firm of Kuhn, Loeb a Co., New York City, will spend several days here in making a study of conditions in Palestine under the British Mandate, in accordance with the provisions of the Balfour Declaration.
