The Warburg Institute, a library on the history of art, was reopened here today in the Imperial Institute Building, where accommodations have been provided by London University. Speakers at the ceremonies included Sir Allen Mawer, provost of London University College and Prof. T.R.S. Boase, director of the Courtauld Institute of Art.
