The danger to the Jews in Germany is greater today than it has ever been before, declared Professor Alfonse Goldschmidt, formerly of Berlin, at the inauguration of the local emergency appeal as part of a nation-wide effort to raise $250,000 for the relief of stricken German and European Jewry. The campaign has been launched under the auspices of the Canadian Jewish Congress.
