The danger facing the Jews in Memel in connection with the Nazi propaganda there was emphasized today at a meeting of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.

The report also emphasized that the Jews in Danzig are exposed to Nazi danger in view of the probable change in the constitution of the Free City.

The meeting heard a report that the situation of the Jews in Rumania is growing worse since the new labor law there, with its paragraph requiring a statement of the religion of every employe held as serious for the Jews as the “Aryan” paragraph in Germany.
