The Warsaw Kehillah, the Jewish communal board, officially refused to commemorate the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the death of Baruch Spinoza by rejecting a resolution offered yesterday.

The resolution was introduced by Noah Finkelstein, a member of the Executive, and supported by the Voelkist faction of the Kehillah members. The resolution urged that the Kehillah arrange a memorial service for Spinoza. The Kehillah voted it down by a majority of eight to three.
