The rabbinate decided today to approve the regulations promulgated by the Warsaw Kehillah, henceforth compelling all Mohelim to secure certificates of authorization from the rabbinic as well as the health authorities Under the regulations, a candidate for a Mohel will have to go though a medical and religious course, secure hospital experience, and pass the respective examinations before obtaining his double certificate.
