Zionist circles here voiced approval today of a proposal, made by the Zionist Organization of America, to hold the twentieth biennial World Zionist Congress in Washington this year.
Leaders cited the political importance of holding the Congress, which is scheduled to open in August, in America. They stressed the great share American Jewry has had in the work of upbuilding Palestine and the support accorded the Zionist movement by the United States Government.
