A farewell reception honoring Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman was attended Tuesday by members of the diplomatic corps and leading personages in the Government and Congress. Mr. Harman paid a final call on Nicholas De B. Katzenbach. Under-Secretary of State, to say goodbye. Official sources said it was likely that the tense situation on the Israel-Jordan cease-fire line was also discussed.
