Washington will triple its current number of kosher restaurants later this year when a glatt kosher meat restaurant opens in the Dupont Circle area and a kosher pizza parlor takes over the restaurant at the George Washington University Hillel center. Kosher diners in the nation’s capital currently have only the dairy cafe at the District of Columbia Jewish Community Center.
