The resignation of Judah Wattenberg, executive director of the American Technion Society, was announced here today. Mr. Wattenberg, a lawyer and communal leader, who served since 1940, was one of the founders of the Society and its first executive director. A spokesman for the organization which supports the Technion in Haifa, Israel’s Institute of Technology, said that no successor to Mr. Wattenberg had been chosen.
