Emanuel Neumann, American member of the Palestine Executive of the Jewish Agency, today submitted the Jewish Agency report for the June session of the Mandates Commission to High Commissioner Wauchope. The subjects of immigration and public works were among the most important topics discussed by Mr. Neumann with the High Commissioner, who is leaving for London Sunday and who, it is expected, will represent the Palestine government before the Mandates Commission.
