Top Israel diplomats from numerous countries today met in conference at the Foreign Office here to discuss major world problems and their relations to Israel.
Today’s meeting was the beginning of a series of sessions which will be held by the diplomats summoned here from about a dozen countries where they represent the Jewish state. The sessions will be held daily until Friday.
The opening session was addressed by Prime Minister David Ben Gurion, who reviewed various domestic problems. Among these participating in the conference is Aubrey Eban, Israel Ambassador to Washington and head of the Israel delegation at the U.N.
