President Dr. Chaim Weizmann of Israel and his official entourage were scheduled to take an Air France plane from here at 9 P.M. (local time) tomorrow en route to the United States where the Israeli President is to be tendered a testimonial dinner at the Waldorf-Astoria on April 23. (In New York, Air France reported that President Weizmann’s plane was due to arrive early Wednesday morning.)
