Inability of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, to arrive in time for the scheduled opening in Washington of the third annual National Conference for Palestine, has caused postponement of the conference to Feb. 6 and 7, it was announced today. The meeting was originally scheduled for Jan. 24.
It was learned from Jerusalem yesterday that Dr. Weizmann, who will be the principal speaker at the Washington conference, will leave Palestine on January 23.
