Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, scheduled to address the National Conference on Palestine in Washington on Feb. 6, is hesitating on whether to proceed to the United States, it was learned tonight. Dr. Weizmann, at present in Paris, will come to London for the weekend where it was stated the matter would be decided.
