The talks between Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Zionist leader, and Egyptian officials in Cairo on Tuesday were frank and friendly, it was declared today by Dr. Bernard Joseph, legal advisor of the Jewish Agency, who accompanied Dr. Weizmann. He declined further comment on the discussions.
