M. Naiditch, the well-known Russian Jewish leader, prominent Zionist and member of the Actions Committee of the World Zionist Organization, together with his brother-in-law, Mr. Ojansky, met with an automobile accident yesterday, while on their way from Paris to Dieppe. Naiditch received injuries on his leg and foot, while his brother-in-law was killed instantly.
The accident occurred while they were hurrying to make the steamer leaving for England, in order to arrive in time for the first meeting of the Actions Committee.
Naiditch was taken back to Paris, where his doctor expressed the hope that he will soonrecover.
Mr. Ojansky was Naiditch’s business manager.
