A military court imposed a four-year prison sentence today on a West Bank Arab who was found guilty of harboring an El Fatah terrorist, who was his brother, and of having fire arms on his premises. The brother had taken part in attacks on Israeli security forces and was killed in one of the encounters. The court refused to accept the defendant’s claim that he was unaware of his brother’s terrorist activities because of the fire arms found.
