West Berlin Mayor Klaus Schuetz participated in the official opening here Wednesday of a public exhibition of life in his city. The exhibition, sponsored by the Jerusalem municipality and the Israeli Labor Ministry, contains a major section on life in Berlin before the Holocaust. German Ambassador Per Fischer, who attended, delighted the audience with a speech in fluent Hebrew.
