Collect cable messages from the U.S. to Palestine will be canceled by the Radio Corporation of America and Western Union effective April 1, it was announced here today.Representatives of the two companies said that “transfer account” messages for Palestine, including commercial and press cables, will not be accepted after Thursday, presumably because of unsettled conditions in Palestine.
