William Fox, President of the Fox Film Corporation, announced that he had completed the largest theatrical deal on record by his purchase of control of the Westco chain of theatres on the Pacific Const, which also includes the Saxe Ciruit in Wisconsin. Mr. Fox said 250 theatres were involved in the deal.

The theatres. Mr. Fox said are worth approximately $100,000,000.
