The John Day Publishing Company will not issue Adolf Hitler’s new book, “The New Germany Desires Work and Peace”, Richard J. Walsh, president, announced yesterday. The reason given is that the volume, which contains utterances by the German chancellor and omits all reference to treatment of the Jews, is “mere propaganda.”
