Women’s American ORT dedicated a new school and technology center in the Ukrainian city of Odessa. The New York-based ORT, which supports a network of vocational schools throughout the world, now operates five schools in Russia and Ukraine that teach vocational skills and Jewish studies in addition to a secular curriculum.
