One hundred workers employed by the government in the construction work of the Rockefeller Museum in Jerusalem went on strike today as a protest against the government cutting their wages and because of long hours.
The workers 75 Arabs and 25 Jews were paid 3 shillings per day and were required to word 9½ hours.
