Delegates from 26 countries are attending a World Agudas Israel meeting here to elect 100 members of its central council. Since the last election of the council in 1937, two-thirds of its members have died or been killed by the Nazis. Seventeen members of the council will be chosen from the United States, a like number from Palestine, and nine from Britain.
