Over 20 world-famous cancer experts gathered at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot today for the opening session of a week-long symposium on the causes of cancer.
The meeting, under the joint auspices of the International Commission for Cancer and the Weizmann Institute, was called to enable a select number of invited specialists to exchange views on cancer causation. Israel’s delegation is headed by Professor Yitzhak Berenblum, director of Biological Research at the Wiezmann Institute.
