The Israel executive of the World Jewish Congress held a memorial meeting for the late Dr. Noah Barou, head of the WJC European executive, here last night. After eulogies by people who had been colleagues of Dr. Barou’s since his Zionist work in Czarist Russia, a message from Israel President Itzhak Ben Zvi was read to the meeting.
