The World Jewish Congress will hold a plenary meeting of its executive in Paris from January 27 to January 30, Abraham S. Hyman, WJC administrative director, announced here today. The forthcoming conference is the agency’s first major meeting since the WJC Third Plenary Assembly, held in Geneva in the summer of 1953.

More than 60 members of the WJC executive, representing Jewish communities throughout the world, are expected to attend the Paris parley, which will be devoted to studying international political, cultural, organizational and United Nations problems affecting the Jewish people. Dr. Nahum Goldmann, WJC president, will preside at the sessions, which are scheduled to be held in the UNESCO building.
