The three-day meeting of the executive of the World Jewish Congress concluded here last night with the adoption of a declaration of warning of the dangers inherent in the re-arming of Germany and the necessity for guarding against a new militarism in Germany which may go hand in hand with a resurgent Nazism and anti-Semitism.
The executive also adopted a resolution outlining a program of activities at the United Nations and in consultation with governments in the campaign against international anti-Semitism. The resolution was adopted after the executive heard a report by Dr. Maurice L. Perlzweig on the progress of anti-Semitism in all parts of the world, particularly in the Middle East countries and the countries of Latin America. He charged that Moslem nationalist groups were sparking anti-Jewish campaigns in Latin America.
