Fifty leaders of the Lutheran World Federation, here as delegates to the Federation’s world-wide assembly, were guests of the Minnesota Rabbinical Association at an unusual, interfaith breakfast this week-end. The Lutheran leaders at the breakfast represented a score of countries in Asia, Africa and Europe, including Germany and Austria.

Dr. Heinrich Grueber dean of the Lutheran community in West Berlin, said that many Germans still feel guilty for Nazism’s crimes against the Jews. Rabbi W. Gunther Plaut, of Temple Mt. Zion, St. Paul, presided at the breakfast session. Among the other Jewish spiritual leaders who spoke were Rabbi Albert Minda, of Temple Israel, senior rabbi of the Twin Cities; and Rabbi Stanley Rabinowitz.
