A new agreement calling for Mexican-Israeli cooperation in the fields of science and technology was signed here Tuesday by officials of both countries. The accord calls for collaboration between the Mexican National Council of Science and Technology and the Israeli Institute of Research and Development. President Luis Echeverria Alvarez received the Israeli scientific delegation headed by Prof. Eliezer Tal Foreign Minister Emilio Rabasa and Israeli Ambassador Shlomo Argov were present. The Israeli scientists were also received by the Rector of the University of Mexico, Dr. Gullermo Soberon.
