Funds for the erection of two buildings at the Hebrew University in honor of the late Dr. Maxwell Lauterman, well known Montreal physician, have been donated by Rose Anne Lauterman, his sister, it was announced here. One building will be a medical research laboratory while the second will be a student dormitory. Dr. Lauterman, who once studied under Louis Pasteur, served in the first World War and rose to the rank of Colonel, becoming the first Jew to hold that rank in the Canadian forces.
