Abel Shaban, chairman of the World OSE executive, left today for Paris to continue negotiations begun some weeks ago for the establishment of closer relations between the OSE and the Joint Distribution Committee in medical work. After concluding his business in Paris, Mr. Shaban will proceed to Latin America where he will speak in behalf of OSE.
