Opening of the third world conference of the World Federation of Polish Jews originally scheduled for Sept. 6, has been postponed to Sept. 18 it was announced today. The postponement was taken to enable delegates attending the World Zionist Congress and the Jewish Agency Council session to return from Geneva in time to attend the conference here.
