Rabbi Samuel M. Segal, educational director of Congregation B’nai Jeshurun, has written a Chanukah playlet entitled “The Light, the Coin and the Feast.” The late Chaim Nachman Bialik, Hebrew poet, figures in the story. The work is intended for children of high school age.
Nathan Samuely, Austrian ghetto poet, was born in Stry, Galicia, in 1846.
