A “home camp” conducted daily during the summer for children whose parents cannot afford to send them to regular camps will be started tomorrow by the Y.M. and Y.W.H.A. of Washington Heights, Fort Washington avenue and 178th street. Samuel S. Solender, executive director, has engaged a staff of counselors to take charge of camp activities. Seventy-five children are expected on the opening day.
