Yad Vashem will enshrine a Torah scroll written in honor of the late Ilan Ramon. The Holocaust Martyrs and Heroes Remembrance Authority said the dedication ceremony will take place Wednesday in Jerusalem. Ramon, an Israel Air Force colonel and son of a Holocaust survivor, died in February in the Columbia space-shuttle disaster.
