Yasser Arafat, under medical treatment in France, condemned Monday’s suicide bombing in Tel Aviv. “He condemned the attack in Tel Aviv and said he condemns the killing of civilians on both sides,” Arafat aide Nabil Abu Rudeineh told Reuters in Paris hours after a Palestinian teenager blew himself up in the Carmel Market, killing at least three people.
