Yellow cards were introduced today by the University of Berlin for all Jewish students who are German citizens. An order posted in the university hall announced that no Jewish student would be allowed to take the final doctorate examinations, unless he renounced his German citizenship, when as staatenlose, persons without citizenship rights in any country, or as foreign citizens, he could be treated accordingly.
