Three of the recent graduates of Yeshiva College have been awarded graduate scholarships and fellowships at Eastern universities, it was revealed Friday.
Hyman Israel of Waco, Texas, has been awarded a fellowship in the department of psychology at Brown University. Graduate scholarships have been awarded to Abraham Guterman of Scranton, Pa., and Hyman Muss of this city, in the law schools of Harvard and Columbia Universities, respectively.
The Spring semester at Yeshiva College begins Monday, Special arrangements have been made for students entering the college at this time, whereby they can complete all the work of the freshman year and catch abreast of freshmen who began last Fall.
