Yeshiva University will open next week a psycho-educational clinic specializeng in the adjustment problems of refugee children in the United States, it was announced today by Dr. Samuel Belkin, president. Dr. Julius B. defiler, professor of psychology and author of “School and Community,” will head the clinic, which will also deal with the problems of gifted children.
