Yiddish Actors Evicted from Warsaw Quarters

The Kaminsky Jewish theatre troupe, the oldest Yiddish theatre company in Poland, was evicted today from the building which it has occupied for many years and will remain “homeless” till next season.

Protests lodged in court against the eviction order resulted in a ruling against the actors.
