Special law courts are being opened in Kiev and Berditchev in which the entire business will be conducted in the Yiddish language. An order to this effect has been issued by the Executive Committee of the Soviets for the province of Kiev, with a view to carrying into effect the declaration of the recent Congress of the Russian Communist Party that the rights of the national minorities should be secured. Similar courts will be opened shortly in the provinces of Podolia and Volhynia. A case has just been heard in Yiddish for the first time in the Appeal Court of the province of Odessa.
