A $200,000 drive to finance activities of the Yiddish Scientific Institute during 1945 was voted today at the closing session of the 19th annual conference of the organization. The conference heard reports reviewing YIVO activities in the United States in the past pear and mapping out plans for work here and in liberated sections of Europe in the future.
