Yossi Beilin, architect of the Oslo peace process and the “Geneva accord,” is the leader of a new left-wing political party. “The people have said ‘yes’ to peace, ‘yes’ to Geneva, ‘yes’ to a welfare state,” Beilin told supporters Wednesday after learning he had taken 53 percent of votes in the ballot to head the Yahad Party.
