Nearly 100 delegates from New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago and Detriot are expected here for the ninth annual convention of the Mizrachi Hazair (Young Orthodox Zionists) who will meet for two days starting Sunday at the Hotel Pennsylvania. Rabbi Aaron Teitelbaum will address the convention in the name of the World Central Executive of Mizrachi. Other speakers will be Gedaliah Bublick, president of the American Mizrachi, Rabbi Z. Wolf and Rabbi J. Levenson.
