A national convention of the Young People’s League of the United Synagogue will take place this Fall, probably on Thanksgiving Day, in accordance with a decision reached at a meeting of representatives of the movement at the Jewish Club, Manhattan. The convention will bring together representatives from the more than one hundred young people’s societies affiliated with the national body and located all over the country.
A convention committee under the chairmanship of Harry H. Goebel was elected to make all the necessary arrangements for the event. The convention committee for New York is headed by Edward I. Aronoff.
