The Israel Government has been requested by Yugoslavia to return a Yugoslav member of the United Nations Emergency Force in Gaza, who surrendered last week to an Israeli unit in the Negev and requested asylum. The details of the incident were reported by Prime Minister Levi Eshkol to the Cabinet today, The Government has not yet taken a decision on the legal aspects of the matter.
