Germany and Yugoslavia have laid the basis for a long friendship which will be used to further the peace of Europe, an official communique said here tonight after Yugoslav Premier Milan Stoyadinovich had talked for more than an hour with Chancellor Adolf Hitler. Extraordinary honors were paid the visiting statesman as he arrived for the interview.
