Dr. Emanuel Neumann, president of the Zionist Organization of America, arrived here today on the second leg of his 30-day speaking tour of the major Latin American Jewish centers in behalf of the Keren Hayesod. A delegation of Chilean Zionist leaders greeted him at the airport.
Dr. Neumann, who left New York on Thursday, spent the week-end in Lima, Peru, where he addressed meetings and was guest of honor at a banquet tendered by Peruvian Zionists. Israel Ambassador Tuvia Arazi gave a luncheon in his honor at the embassy. Among those at the airport to greet him on his arrival was the First Secretary of the United States Embassy.
